Based on my 30 or 40 years’ experience as a small company owner, I realized that young job seekers were often going about the job of seeking employment the wrong way. They used little follow-up and few actually knew anything about the company that they were hoping to work for.
They gave up at the first setback. Knowing that the job market has changed dramatically since I was an employer and even more so in the last several years, I was inspired to write the book “Your New Job and How to Get It.”
